On Tuesday, Corinthians trained at CT Joaquim Grava ahead of Friday’s Brasileirão Feminino meeting with Red Bull Bragantino at Fazendinha, kick-off 21:00. According to Meu Timao, the session sharpened preparations for the sixth round.
The work was split into three blocks. Players started indoors in the gym, then Emily Lima led on-field drills on movement and set pieces. The group finished with an exercise run by the club’s psychology department.
Corinthians are looking to build their league run and currently sit fifth on 10 points. Since Lima took charge, they have beaten América Mineiro and Botafogo, and lost to Palmeiras. Lucas Piccinato was in the dugout for the opening two rounds.
Lima must also contend with absences. Centre-backs Thais Regina and Agustina remain out, the former after surgery on a fractured fibula in her left ankle, the latter with a muscle injury in her left leg.
Forward Carol Nogueira also sustained a knee problem against América Mineiro.
