Corinthians have issued an update on four players in the treatment room, with forwards Kaio César and Yuri Alberto beginning physical transition work.

According to Meu Timao, Kaio has been sidelined since the 3-0 win over Capivariano on 5 February, when he felt thigh pain, while Yuri sustained a thigh issue against São Bernardo on 15 February. The club are also using an 11-day break without matches, following their Campeonato Paulista exit, to bring players back from the medical department.

Midfielder Matheus Pereira worked on the pitch for the first time on Tuesday, though he remains in recovery from a grade 2 biceps femoris injury in his left thigh suffered in the 1-0 victory at Athletico-PR at Arena da Baixada. Goalkeeper Felipe Longo continues treatment for a right elbow ligament sprain picked up in training last week, and with him unavailable, Dorival Júnior has been calling up 17-year-old Gustavo Milani.

Left-back Hugo Farias has yet to rejoin the physiotherapy group, continuing rehabilitation after arthroscopy on his right knee for a lateral meniscus injury.

The club are also focusing on the physical conditioning of midfielder Zakaria Labyad, who has not played since 2025. The board are awaiting the arrival of Jesse Lingard, with both players working towards returns.

Corinthians have four fixtures in March, with the next in eight days. They face Coritiba next Wednesday at 21:30 at Neo Química Arena in the fourth round of the Campeonato Brasileiro.
