Crystal Palace welcome Manchester City to Selhurst Park on Sunday, looking to cement their place in the top four.
Oliver Glasner’s side are enjoying their best-ever start to a Premier League season. Furthermore, they arrive in high spirits after a comfortable European win in midweek. The Eagles have become a difficult team to beat under Glasner.
However, their home form has been slightly patchy this season. They have drawn four league games at Selhurst Park already. Therefore, turning those draws into wins will be crucial if they want to maintain their Champions League push.
Oliver Glasner has been dealt a significant injury blow. Daniel Muñoz is ruled out until 2026 with a knee injury. Consequently, Nathaniel Clyne is expected to return to the starting XI at right wing-back. This change comes after Justin Devenny picked up a knock in midweek.
The manager is also monitoring the fitness of Jean-Philippe Mateta and Ismaïla Sarr. Both players are carrying injuries but are expected to be available. If fit, Mateta will lead the line alongside Eddie Nketiah. Nketiah loves playing in the capital. Remarkably, he has scored his last 12 goals exclusively in London venues.
Crystal Palace predicted XI: Henderson; Richards, Lacroix, Guéhi; Clyne, Wharton, Kamada, Mitchell; Pino, Nketiah; Mateta
The Premier League fixture takes place at Selhurst Park on Sunday, 14 December 2025. The kick-off is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. GMT.
The match will be broadcast live in the UK on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League. Coverage starts at 1:00 pm GMT.
