Deniz Undav eased injury fears after starring with two goals and an assist in Germany’s 4-0 friendly win against Finland.
The Stuttgart forward was hurt while scoring his second and was substituted, then returned about 25 minutes later in a tracksuit to rejoin the bench.

“I had a bit of pain, but nothing serious,” Undav said. “Everything’s fine, a few days of treatment and then it will be okay,” he told ZDF. He added: “10 out of 10.”
“That’s for the national team coach to decide. I did my job well today and last time as well,” said Undav.
Germany open their World Cup campaign against Curaçao in two weeks.
