Borussia Dortmund is looking to extend the contract of one of its attacking assets.

This concerns Karim Adeyemi. The 23-year-old German winger recently switched agents and is now represented by Jorge Mendes, one of the most influential figures on the market. Since joining from Red Bull Salzburg in 2022, he has quickly established himself at Dortmund. Since his arrival, he has netted 28 goals and provided 21 assists in 112 appearances wearing the black and yellow jersey.

The start of the season confirms his fine form: he's already registered 2 goals and 2 assists in 5 official matches. His performances have consistently attracted interest from Europe's top clubs, but Dortmund is determined to secure his future. According to Sky Sport Germany, Jorge Mendes has already begun talks with sporting director Sebastian Kehl. While the parties remain far from an agreement, negotiations are underway.
