Pio Esposito flexed his muscles in front of the fans once again. Ange-Yoan Bonny slalomed through the San Siro course. The Inter forwards got on the scoresheet, on a night which initially started poorly but ended with a goal fest. This was Pio's third league goal, a fundamental goal, to make it 3-2. Bonny literally invented the fifth goal himself, a brilliant lone run.
