Rúben Amorim’s decision to leave Alejandro Garnacho out of the Manchester derby last December has sparked speculation about his future at Manchester United.

The Daily Mail reported last December that Garnacho is no longer considered “untouchable” at Old Trafford, with top European clubs like Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, AC Milan, Real Madrid, and Barcelona all monitoring his situation.

While a transfer isn’t expected immediately, United could be open to offers around £70 million—a price that might be out of reach for clubs like Atletico Madrid and Juventus.

Journalist Steve Kay revealed that Tottenham have made serious inquiries about Garnacho, while CaughtOffside highlighted ongoing interest from Atletico, PSG, and Juventus.

If the right offer comes in, United may be willing to sell, though Atletico and Juventus may struggle to meet the asking price.

Could Alejandro Garnacho still leave Manchester United?

Although rumors about Garnacho have died down, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano told GIVEMESPORT that Chelsea could still make a last-minute move for the Argentine youngster.

“There is interest from Chelsea, but at the moment, there are still no advanced negotiations, club-to-club,” Romano said.

“Let’s see if Chelsea will decide to do something last-minute. But as of now, while we are recording, there is still no proposal so there is still a chance for him to stay.”

Last week, Sky Sports reported that Napoli are set to resume talks with Manchester United over Garnacho. The Serie A leaders are still in the market for a wide player after losing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to PSG earlier this month.
