FC Porto have formally asked the Liga to oversee their supporters’ arrival and entry at Estádio da Luz for tomorrow’s clássico.
According to O Jogo, the request aims to prevent delays, incidents and alleged abuses reported in recent years by Porto fans and others, particularly visiting foreign supporters, including claims of excessive force and inappropriate pat-downs.

In 2018/19, several complaints were filed with the police.
Porto have requested the presence of the Liga’s security director and a match delegate to monitor the approach and entry process for the fixture.
The club have also formally informed the Liga that they will provide photographic and video coverage of the entire process at the clássico.
