According to the Sun, Fenerbahce are ready to pounce on the Egyptians’ availability and are plotting an audacious summer swoop.

Salah’s next destination has been a hot topic since he announced that he will be ending his nine-year spell at Liverpool at the end of the season.

The Reds have been linked with a host of exciting players in their search for Salah’s long-term successor.

Juventus’ Francisco Conceicao, Bayern Munich’s Michael Olise, West Ham United’s Jarrod Bowen and RB Leipzig’s Yan Diomande have all been linked with Liverpool over the past few months.

While Liverpool are still conducting their search, Salah’s next destination may have already been decided, with Fenerbahce pulling out all the stops to lure him to Turkey.

The Turkish Super Lig runners-up are gearing up for another rebuilding phase.

They’re on course to finish second for the fifth consecutive season and believe Salah is the addition they need to end their 12-year wait for the league title.

Fenerbahce officials have already held talks with Salah’s representatives to present their long-term plans.

The club has outlined a three-year project built around Salah, hoping his experience and quality can help restore the team to the top of Turkish football.

The proposed offer includes a three-year contract worth around £17.3 million per season.

That package reportedly represents the most attractive European offer Salah has received since announcing he would leave Anfield this summer.

Despite the interest from Turkey, Salah is taking his time before deciding on the next step in his career.

While he wants to remain in Europe, the Egyptian is also drawing significant interest from clubs in the Saudi Pro League (SPL) and Major League Soccer (MLS).
