Sidiki Chérif, a market value soaring to new heights

Loaned this winter from Angers to Fenerbahçe in Turkey, Sidiki Chérif is already making a positive impression in his early days in the Turkish league. His market value has also seen a remarkable jump in just four months.

Valued at €7 million on December 17, 2025, by the specialist site Transfermarkt, the 19-year-old striker is now estimated at €18 million. His value has more than doubled in just four months.

After scoring 4 goals in 19 Ligue 1 matches this season, the Angers forward was sent out on loan to Turkey to join Fenerbahçe. The deal includes a mandatory purchase option for this summer.

The Conakry native has already notched up two goals in five appearances for his new club—one in the league and another in the Turkish Cup.

According to the latest reports, Sidiki Chérif could be called up to bolster the Syli National squad as early as this March for the friendlies against Togo and Benin.
