Following a terrific individual season with Manchester United, Bruno Fernandes ensured there was a bit of history cemented on Sunday.

The Portuguese midfielder set up the opener against Brighton by lifting the ball toward Patrick Dorgu, who made no mistake.
It's now eight goals and a staggering 21 assists in a single Premier League season for Fernandes, seeing him hold the outright assist record.
He passed Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne for the record.
Certainly showing why he's this year's Premier League Player of the Season, can he repeat the same kind of form on the global stage this summer?
