Filipe Luís names Flamengo line-up for Recopa decider against Lanús | OneFootball

Filipe Luís has named his strongest available Flamengo XI for the Recopa Sudamericana second leg against Lanús at the Maracanã on Thursday, with the Brazilians needing to overturn a 1-0 deficit.

According to Coluna Do Fla, Rossi starts in goal, with Varela, Danilo, Léo Pereira and Ayrton Lucas in defence. Pulgar, Evertton Araújo and Arrascaeta are in midfield, with Carrascal, Lino and Plata up front.

The first leg was played at the Estadio Ciudad de Lanús, where the Argentines won 1-0 through Rodrigo Castillo.

The only absentee is Saúl Ñíguez, who remains out as he recovers from surgery on his left heel, with a return expected in March. Jorginho, Wallace Yan and Bruno Henrique are available after muscle issues, though none start.

The bench features Andrew, Royal, Léo Ortiz, Vitão, Alex Sandro, Jorginho, De La Cruz, Paquetá, Cebolinha, Luiz Araújo, Bruno Henrique and Pedro.
