Premier League giants Manchester United are keeping their tabs open for high-quality forward heading into next season as Fiorentina marksman Moise Kean has entered the radar of the Red Devils as a potential acquisition.

TMW reports that Manchester United have been monitoring the Italian internationals performances for several months and would be eager to acquire his services, given the €52m release clause within Kean’s contract with the Viola, which makes a potential move far more feasible.

Following his move from Juventus to coach Raffaele Palladino’s side last season within the summer, Kean has transformed into a prolific goal-scorer whilst playing on Tuscan soil, tallying 19 goals and three assists in 32-games played within the 2024/25 Serie A campaign.

Although a move to the Premier League is indeed intriguing, Kean’s priority is to hopefully stay an additional season rather than move to Manchester United given that they have failed to qualify for European competitions, as well as the heavy competition the 25-year-old would face to break the starting eleven.

Kean’s objective is to continue to prosper through regular playing time in the hopes of sealing a move to a top European club where he can play an essential part within the squad.

While it seems the most favourable outcome is for the former Bianconeri player to remain with the Viola, it remains to be seen if Kean will continue to play with Fiorentina given the coaching situation of the club has not yet been finalized, although it seems that former Milan coach Stefano Pioli is close to taking over at the helm of the Tuscan outfit.
