Flamengo could regain Bruno Henrique and Saúl after the March FIFA window, with both making progress during the pause. Bruno Henrique has resumed training and Saúl is advancing in his recovery.

According to Coluna Do Fla, Bruno Henrique returned to group sessions over the last two days after recovering from pubalgia, putting him close to being available for the meeting with Red Bull Bragantino.

He has not played since the second and decisive Recopa Sudamericana match against Lanús on 26 February. On resumption after the window, he could make his first appearance under Leonardo Jardim.

Saúl is in the final phase of physiotherapy and will be handed to Flamengo’s fitness department in April. Depending on his progress, he could be cleared by the second week to rejoin full training.

While his return is not expected immediately after the March window, Saúl could be an option for the Copa Libertadores. Flamengo open on the eighth of April against Cusco (PER), then face Independiente Medellín of Colombia on 16 April and Estudiantes (ARG) on 29 April.

Flamengo face Red Bull Bragantino at 21:30 Brasília time at Estádio Cícero de Souza Marques in the ninth round of the Brasileirão.
