Flamengo register 50 players for 2026 Libertadores as holders name youth-heavy squad | OneFootball

Flamengo have registered 50 players for the 2026 Copa Libertadores, combining senior regulars with a large academy contingent, as they defend the title and chase a fifth crown.

According to Globo.com, the holders are in Group A with Cusco of Peru, Estudiantes of Argentina and Independiente Medellín of Colombia.

Flamengo open against Cusco next Wednesday at 21:30 Brasília time, with the match to be played in the Peruvian city at an altitude of 3,400 metres.

The squad features 27 academy players. The goalkeepers are Léo Nannetti and Werneck, the full-backs Daniel Sales, Gustavo Ramires, Gusttavo and Gabriel Amâncio, and the centre-backs Da Mata, Muñoz, João Victor, Johnny and Daniel Silva.

Midfielders include Guilherme, Sayago, Pablo Lucio, Alan Santos, Kaio Nobrega, Lucas Vieira and Luiz Felipe, while the forwards are Josmar, Joshua, Camargo, Douglas Telles, Jheferson and Ryan Roberto.

Also listed are senior-integrated youngsters Dyogo Alves, Wallace Yan and Evertton Araújo.
