Monaco striker Folarin Balogun has been named in the United States squad for the World Cup on home soil.
According to Nice-Matin, head coach Mauricio Pochettino confirmed his list on Tuesday 26 May 2026 for a tournament running from 11 June to 19 July.

Balogun has scored 19 goals this season with Monaco.
His inclusion had scarcely been in doubt.
He is likely to be the United States’ primary attacking threat at the finals.
