Nottingham Forest have wrapped up moves for Omari Hutchinson and James McAtee, with the two deals coming in at around £37.5m and just under £30m respectively.
McAtee has committed to a five-year stay at the City Ground, though Manchester City have safeguarded the transfer with both a buy-back option and a sell-on clause.
The 21-year-old midfielder, who skippered England’s Under-21s to Euro 2025 success this summer, has been on Forest’s wishlist for a while. He turned out 27 times for City last season, but only managed three league starts.
Hutchinson, also 21, arrives after two years with Ipswich Town - one spent on loan from Chelsea before making the switch permanent.
During that spell, he produced 14 goals and eight assists, even as the Tractor Boys slipped out of the top flight last term.
The duo become Nuno Espírito Santo’s sixth and seventh new arrivals of the transfer window.
