Fort Lauderdale United FC has announced the loan signing of England youth international Princess Ademiluyi for the 2025/26 Gainbridge Super League season.

The 19-year-old attacker from Gravesend, Kent rose through West Ham’s academy and debuted for the senior side in 2023. At age 16, this made her one of the youngest players to feature in the history of the Barclays Women’s Super League. In 2024, Ademiluyi signed her first professional contract with the Hammers. This marked the first player to advance from West Ham’s Foundation Player Pathway to the senior team.

During her three seasons in East London, the forward made 19 appearances. She made a further ten appearances while on loan at Charlton Athletic. Ademiluyi signed for Gotham FC in the NWSL in early September, with the club immediately loaning her to fellow American side Fort Lauderdale.

In South Florida, Ademiluyi will continue her development. Her addition could be the final piece of the puzzle as the team aims for a Super League Final return. She will link up with fellow attacking stars Sophie Harding and Jasmine Hamid to achieve their goal.

Rising star on the international stage

Internationally, Ademiluyi has been a mainstay for the U19 Lionesses, collecting 14 caps since October 2024. The young attacker has scored six goals for England, including their opening goal of the 2025 U19 Euros, and their equaliser against the Netherlands. Notably, she started all three matches during the tournament and has scored five goals in her last four international matches.

Speaking on the signing, Associate Head Coach Ali Rogers said: “Princess arrives with an impressive pedigree and résumé at such a young age. Her background with top clubs and international experience has prepared her well, and we expect her to make an immediate impact with our team. She is a dynamic athlete whose presence on the field is both powerful and difficult for opponents to contain.”

General Manager Aly Hassan added: “Princess is an exciting young talent with the potential to take the league by storm. Her experience with top clubs and England’s youth national teams adds another layer to our attack, and we can’t wait to see her in action for Fort Lauderdale.”
