France have opted to set up their 2026 World Cup camp in Massachusetts, as reported by L’Equipe. Les Bleus have chosen the Four Seasons hotel in downtown Boston as their base for next summer’s tournament. The outlet adds that Didier Deschamps and his backromm staff took a tour of the hotel after the World Cup draw in early December. The France national team head coach was quickly won over by the benefits of setting up camp in Boston, given that Les Bleus will play their World Cup group stage games in the Eastern seaboard.

As for their training ground, France have opted for the sports facilities at Babson College in Wellesley, west of Boston. Babson College is only a half-hour drive from Boston’s Four Seasons hotel. France will kick off their 2026 World Cup in Boston’s Gillette Stadium against Senegal on Tuesday, June 16Les Bleus will have a first feel of Boston three months earlier as they are set to face Brazil on Thursday, March 26 as part of their US tour.
