Benfica beat Moreirense 4-1 at the Luz to remain unbeaten in Liga Portugal and stay second, with Franjo Ivanović's late brace sealing the points.

In the second minute Leandro Martins turned in António Silva's cut-back to give the hosts lift-off. Diogo Travassos levelled for Moreirense after a fast break (26.), before Richard Ríos restored the lead with a composed finish (29.).

Anatolii Trubin made sharp first half saves to deny Kiko Bondoso and Alan, while André Ferreira thwarted Alexander Bah at close range to keep the visitors in touch before the interval.

After second half changes, Águias found extra thrust. Substitute Ivanović swept in a third (89.), then added another in the second minute of stoppage time from Amar Dedić's break to close it out.

António Silva also rattled the post in the first half as the hosts pressed for daylight.

Águias registered 18 attempts, with eight on target, and controlled 57.7% possession. Moreirense mustered eight attempts and two corners.
