Zinedine Zidane looks closer than ever to returning to the dugout with reports in France suggesting he's preparing to succeed Didier Deschamps as head coach of the French national team.
Deschamps current deal with the French Football Federation runs until 31 Jul 2026 covering the upcoming World cup in the U.S, Canada and Mexico.
As of now no talks have been announced to extend his tenure beyond that date.
