Genk striker set for €15m move to Beşiktaş

As reported by HLN, Beşiktaş are set to sign Genk striker Hyun-Gyu Oh for €15m. The striker, who last summer failed a medical ahead of a more lucrative move to Bundesliga side Stuttgart, has passed his medical ahead of his move to Istanbul. The former Celtic forward leaves Genk after one and a half seasons in Belgian football.
With six goals in the Belgian Pro League this season, Oh led Genk. Overall, he leaves with 22 goals scored in 73 games. During his first season with Genk he scored 12 goals, while this current season he already had scored 10. Prior to joining Genk, Oh spent a year and half with Celtic, scoring 12 goals in 47 games for the Glasgow based side. Oh began his career in his native South Korea with Suwon Samsung Bluewings, where he had scored 12 goals in 52 games.
Oh joins a Beşiktaş side who are currently fifth in the Turkish top flight.
