Grealish wins Premier League Player of the Month for August | OneFootball

Everton’s Jack Grealish has been named the Premier League’s Player of the Month for August.

The England international has hit the ground running since joining the Toffees on a season-long loan from Manchester City.

He’s provided four assists in just two league starts, following a substitute appearance in Everton’s opener at Leeds, helping secure wins over Brighton and Wolves.

This is Grealish’s first time winning the award and makes him the first Everton player to do so since Dominic Calvert-Lewin in September 2020.

Meanwhile, Liverpool boss Arne Slot has scooped the Premier League Manager of the Month for August after guiding the defending champions to a perfect start to the 2025/26 season.

The Dutch manager oversaw three wins from three matches, making Liverpool the only side to keep a 100% record in the opening month. Slot’s team scored a league-high eight goals across a challenging set of fixtures, including a 4-2 home win over Bournemouth, a thrilling 3-2 victory at Newcastle, and a 1-0 triumph against last season’s runners-up Arsenal.
