Corinthians returned to training at CT Joaquim Grava after two days off, with Gustavo Henrique back after being rested for the weekend friendly with Cascavel due to load management and hip discomfort. Full-back Hugo and forward Vitinho began on-pitch transition work.
The club said in a statement that the session was split in two parts, with a technical circuit through four stations covering passing, crosses, finishing and two-on-two duels.
In the second phase, starters and reserves were separated for a 10-v-10 tactical exercise. Fernando Diniz emphasised building from the back under pressure, coordinated pressing and an immediate reaction after loss among the forwards.
Gustavo Henrique, who missed some field work last week, was pictured during aerial finishing drills.
Left-back Hugo, operated in February on the right knee meniscus, and Vitinho, sidelined by a hip strain and tendon injuries, started their physical transition on the pitch and left the medical department.
This is the final step before full reintegration into the squad.
Corinthians train again on Thursday morning, preparing for next week's meeting with Remo at Neo Química Arena as the Campeonato Brasileiro resumes.
