It’s become a nice tradition at FC Bayern that after first-team title wins, players or coaches bring their trophies and cups into the FC Bayern Museum to present them to the fans there. Now the shiny evidence of a thoroughly successful 2024/25 campaign have been handed over to the club museum.
The Meisterschale is back in Munich – and in the FC Bayern Museum. Just a few days after the team led by Manuel Neuer and Thomas Müller were presented with the trophy after the home game against Borussia Mönchengladbach, Harry Kane brought it to the museum at the Allianz Arena. For the England captain, the Meisterschale was his long-awaited first major title. He’s more than earned it, which is why he was given the honour of placing it in the display case. A selection of Kane's individual honours can also be seen in the museum. “This championship is a big dream come true for me. I've waited a long time for it, so I'm all the more delighted to be able to bring this trophy here to the FC Bayern Museum,” said the top goalscorer at the official presentation. “And I'm confident that we will continue to win more titles as a team in the coming years and add to the impressive trophy collection here at the museum – perhaps even at the Club World Cup this summer.”

With the club’s 34th German championship, coach Vincent Kompany’s side set benchmarks in many respects. They seized top spot in the table on Matchday 3 with a 6-1 victory at Holstein Kiel and have been there ever since, while also being the best in the league in many other respects: the most wins, the fewest defeats, the most goals, the fewest conceded and the top goalscorer. A Bundesliga campaign of the highest quality.
FC Bayern Women can also look back on an outstanding season. Midfielder Sarah Zadrazil and defender Carolin Simon presented this season's spectacular haul, adding the Meisterschale for the third German championship in a row and the DFB Cup to the women's team's collection of titles at the FC Bayern Museum – the first women's double in the club's history!
Sarah Zadrazil and Carolin Simon have found a worthy place for the first FC Bayern women's double in the museum.
“To win the league three times in a row is a fantastic success and a real milestone for our team,” said Simon. “We want to do everything as a team to follow up our successes next season.” That applies to both the league and the DFB Cup, which FCB Women won for the first time since 2012 this year. “We’ve waited so long for this success in the DFB Cup,” commented Zadrazil. “It makes us all incredibly proud that it finally worked out this season with the double and it’s obviously a big motivation to come back to the FC Bayern Museum next year with more trophies.”
As well as the 4-2 win over Werder Bremen in the cup final, Alexander Straus’ side boast a perfect record in the second half of the Bundesliga season, with an impressive 13 wins in a row. The last time they dropped points was on 8 November 2024 in a 2-2 draw at Freiburg – a winning run that Zadrazil, Simon and Co want to carry on after the summer break, to ensure the supply of trophies is also ensured next year.
On Sunday, FC Bayern's professional teams will celebrate their titles in style with their fans on Marienplatz:
