Ajax were held 0-0 by Heerenveen on Sunday, finished fifth in the Eredivisie, and must navigate the play-offs to reach the Europa Conference League. Their ties could be staged away from the Johan Cruyff Arena, which is hosting Harry Styles’ European tour.
According to Telegraaf, Ajax have lined up Kras Stadion in Volendam as a contingency, a 6,800-seat ground about 30 kilometres north of Amsterdam.

The arena has been hosting the British singer’s tour since Saturday, with nine further dates scheduled through to 5 June.
Ajax begin the play-offs against Groningen on 21 May. If they progress, they will face Utrecht or Heerenveen three days later.
The play-off winners secure a place in the second qualifying round of the Europa Conference League.
