TSG Hoffenheim have raised their offer to sign RB Salzburg’s Adam Daghim to over €10 million, prioritising the Dane ahead of Leo Sauer.

Sky Sports reports that an agreement with the 20-year-old is in place on a deal running until 2031, with talks between the clubs continuing.

Hoffenheim are now focused on completing Daghim’s transfer rather than pursuing a move for Sauer from Feyenoord.

The Slovak international is meanwhile on the verge of joining VfB Stuttgart.

Daghim, a two-time Danish international, made 30 appearances for VfL Wolfsburg on loan last season.

He came off the bench as RB Salzburg opened their competitive campaign on Saturday with a 7-1 win over third-tier Oberwart in the first round of the ÖFB-Cup.
