How much does Paul Pogba earn at AS Monaco? | OneFootball

When Paul Pogba (33) arrived at AS Monaco over the summer, there were questions about La Pioche’s salary. L’Équipe have now answered them.

Pogba was once again able to play professional football following the expiry of his doping ban last March. However, he took his time to make a decision. As per a report from L’Équipe, he turned down more lucrative offers to join the Principality club, where his monthly salary is below €200,000. 

His contract with Les Monégasques includes considerable bonuses, but given that, since returning, he has only played around 30 minutes of football across three games in Ligue 1, there is no question of those bonus clauses being triggered. 

Pogba’s salary means he does not feature in Monaco’s top 10 highest earners. Eric Dier and Denis Zakaria are the joint-highest earners on €330,000 per month. Barcelona loanee Ansu Fati also features inside the top five (€250,000), even with his parent club paying half his salary.
