Largie Ramazani declined to discuss his long-term future after starring in Valencia’s weekend win, amid talk of a permanent move for the Leeds United loanee.
El Desmarque reports that Valencia want to keep him beyond his season-long loan and have already sounded him out after Saturday's victory.
The 25-year-old joined last summer with minutes scarce at Leeds in the Championship and likely to be fewer after promotion to the Premier League. He struggled early on, then returned from injury and nailed down a place this year.
His first Valencia goal came on 24 January, a stoppage-time penalty to beat Espanyol. He has since added five in 11 La Liga games, the latest a cut inside and finish to open a 2-1 win over Girona.
Asked about a permanent switch, he said analysis would wait until season end, adding that he has ambition and will keep working.
Leeds inserted no buy option, so he is due back in West Yorkshire this summer as things stand. Any deal would depend on Valencia meeting Elland Road’s demands, and Leeds have not indicated a willingness to sell. He signed a four-year contract in summer 2024, leaving two years on return. Valencia have five league games left and little at stake, and Ramazani will hope to add to his tally before any decision.
