‘I’m not really bothered’ – Mason Greenwood on absence from UNFP player of the season nominations | OneFootball

Speaking to media gathered in the mixed zone following Olympique de Marseille’s draw (1-1) against Lille this weekend, striker Mason Greenwood (23) reacted to not being featured as a nominee in the UNFP player of the season awards. The former Red Devil was aiming to rejuvenate his career at the Stade Vélodrome since his departure from England. The striker was charged with in 2022 with attempted rape, controlling and coercive behaviour and assault. He was subsequently frozen out at Manchester United and spent the following season on loan at Getafe.
