Inter Milan are reportedly keeping a close eye on Marco Palestra, the highly-rated 2005-born Italian right wing-back, as they search for a long-term replacement for Denzel Dumfries.
With Luis Henrique yet to fully convince on the right flank and Carlos Augusto only adapting out of position, the Nerazzurri are exploring options to strengthen the role.
According to transfer expert Nicolò Schira, Inter have joined Juventus and Napoli in sending scouts to monitor Palestra, who is currently on loan at Cagliari from Atalanta.

The youngster has impressed with his tactical intelligence, physical attributes, and ability to contribute both defensively and offensively, marking him as one of the top prospects in his position.
Atalanta reportedly rejected an €18 million offer for Palestra last summer, underscoring his potential and the competition among top Italian clubs.
Inter’s technical staff, including Cristian Chivu and sporting director Piero Ausilio, are evaluating whether he could provide a long-term solution at right-back.
