Nice winger Isak Jansson has sustained a knee sprain and will be sidelined for several weeks, while Youssouf Ndayishimiye and Mohamed Abdelmonem completed full training on Tuesday.

According to L'Équipe, OGC Nice’s injury list has two new concerns this week. Elye Wahi suffered a bad sprain to his right ankle in Sunday’s 0-2 defeat at Lyon, and Jansson, who arrived in the summer, was also hurt against OL.

At an open session on Tuesday, roughly 600 supporters watched Ndayishimiye and Abdelmonem take part from start to finish. Both defenders sustained cruciate ligament ruptures in late April and joined a seven-a-side exercise with a rotating joker that ended the workout for those who did not start on Sunday.

Full-back Melvin Bard, recently troubled by a pubis problem, was also involved.

Only captain Dante, resting sore knees, and defender Moïse Bombito, sidelined with a tibia fibula issue, were missing.
