Alan Shearer on The Rest is Football Podcast.

Speaking on the latest episode of The Rest is Football Podcast this week, Shearer said:

“I think it would take a very very brave person to say that Chelsea would not be involved in the title race next year because of what they’ve achieved this season, what they’ve just achieved, who they’ve signed and who they will sign. So, I think you have to say that they’ll be involved in the title race.”

Boehly has sent his message to Blues fans

Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has been celebrating the Club World Cup win this week and he has just been on the radio chatting about it all.

He has sent a clear message thanking Chelsea fans for their support, even after he has been on the receiving end of a lot of criticism and even some abuse from Chelsea fans during his time as the club’s owner so far.

It’s nice to hear from him, and it’s certainly a very good moment to speak in public.
