Transfer speculation around Hakan Calhanoglu has resurfaced once again after a summer already filled with rumours surrounding the Inter Milan midfielder and a potential move to Galatasaray.
Reports from Turkey have intensified in recent days and continue to circulate in Italy, creating the impression that Inter could reopen discussions over Calhanoglu’s future.
However, Italian media insist the situation remains unchanged.
La Gazzetta dello Sport has played down claims of a summit between Inter and Galatasaray in Milan.
While representatives of the Turkish club are reportedly in the city and keen to raise the issue once more, Inter have no intention of engaging in talks.

As the newspaper explains, “Galatasaray are on a mission in Milan and would like to talk again about Calhanoglu.
Inter, however, do not intend to open a dialogue.
No meeting is planned, despite the reports coming from Turkey.
Inter’s position is clear.
The club do not consider Calhanoglu transferable and have not scheduled any discussions with Galatasaray.
The midfielder remains a key figure in Cristian Chivu’s project and an essential part of the team’s structure.
With the season in full swing and major objectives still at stake, Inter remain focused on the pitch.
For now, renewed links to Galatasaray appear to have little substance, with Calhanoglu firmly staying put at San Siro.
