According to Calciomercato.com, Mendes is trying to persuade the Blues to accept a loan offer with obligation to buy tied to personal and team targets.

Sky Sport claims Joao Felix has agreed to join Milan, but the 25-year-old has attracted interest from Premier League clubs as well.

The Rossoneri are unwilling to pay a fee for Joao Felix’s six-month loan, so Mendes must convince Chelsea to accept a free loan move for the Portuguese striker.

Milan also expect Chelsea to pay part of the striker’s salary until the end of the season.

In the meantime, the Serie A giants are planning to make room for Joao Felix by selling Noah Okafor, who has an agreement with Napoli.
