According to L'Équipe, Moroccan coach Jamal Sellami has named an expanded 30-man Jordan squad for back-to-back camps in Amman and Switzerland, and he should trim it to 26 on one June.
Jordan, led by Rennes player Mousa al-Tamari, are set for the first World Cup in their history, drawn in Group J with Austria, Algeria and holders Argentina.
Sellami has brought in four extra players as a safety measure, with several squad members returning from injury and needing assessment. He has already ruled out injured quartet Al-Naimat, Al-Quraishi, Smeeri and Bamy, described as potential starters.
After a week in Amman, the team will stage a mini-camp in Switzerland from 28 to 31 May, capped by a friendly against Switzerland on 31 May in St Gallen.
The delegation will then fly to the United States for a final camp in San Diego, featuring a last test against Colombia on seven June, before moving into their base in Portland on 11 June.
