Reports in Italy claim that Juventus are expected to send a new offer for Benfica defender Antonio Silva as his agent Jorge Mendes is pushing for a January move to the Allianz Stadium.

Barcelona’s Ronaldo Araujo and Benfica’s Antonio Silva remain on the Bianconeri’s radars and Calciomercato.com provides the latest updates on the Portuguese defender.
According to the report, Jorge Mendes has recently informed Juventus that he’ll push to get the deal done.
The Portuguese agent confirmed last month that his client wanted to join Juventus.
The Bianconeri are expected to send Benfica a new offer after the Portuguese side rejected an opening bid last month.
The Serie A giants had offered €5m for a six-month loan plus an option to buy for €25-30m.
Antonio Silva is not a regular starter at Benfica, but their coach, Bruno Lage, recently warned Juventus that they’d need to match the defender’s clause to secure his services this month.
