“I don’t see why he wouldn’t do that unless something’s off. Even though he’s not in Asia for the pre-season tour, he could still train at the Newcastle facilities to rehabilitate from an injury. But he’s not and I think that’s quite telling.

“As far as a percentage goes, I would say maybe 60% or 70%. That’s just my gut feeling. I think it’s getting more and more advanced each day.”
