Tottenham Hotspur will look to bounce back to winning ways when they take on Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday.
Ange Postecoglou is under a lot of pressure at the moment after Spurs bowed out of two domestic cup competitions within seven days.
Despite many pundits feeling that Postecoglou should get the sack, Daniel Levy appears to be convinced that the Australian boss is still the right candidate for the job.
According to BBC journalist Nizaar Kinsella, Postecoglou is most likely to be in the dugout for the game against the Red Devils.
Levy himself is under pressure from supporters, and he needs to make difficult decisions to try to improve results in the longer term.
Spurs are without at least ten players at the moment. Injuries continue to cause problems, and some of the younger players have looked tired after accumulating too many minutes.
Postecoglou is hopeful that over the next fortnight, he will get several players back from injuries.
Tottenham fans are frustrated at the moment, and a proper judgement can be made only when he gets all his key players back from injuries.
Levy has sacked high-profile managers like Mauricio Pochettino, Jose Mourinho, and Antonio Conte in recent years, so Postecoglou could also be removed from the job if the results do not improve.
However, unlike Mourinho or Conte, who looked brow-beaten at the end of their tenures at Tottenham, Postecoglou is still putting up a fight.
He thinks that Tottenham have plenty to look forward to, and they will be an outstanding team when all the key players return from injuries.
Spurs can still win the Europa League after reaching the last 16 of this competition. The game against United has become absolutely vital for Postecoglou.
