According to L'Équipe, Kai Havertz has suffered another setback only a month after returning. The Arsenal forward’s season has already been hampered by a knee problem.

The Germany international, 55 caps and 20 goals, sat out the entire first half of 2025-2026 and did not play until 11 January. He had also missed a significant portion of last season.

His comeback lasted about a month. He should now miss four matches, Brentford, Wigan, Wolverhampton and the north London derby against Tottenham on 22 February, possibly more.

It is another blow for Arsenal, who are already without Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard and Mikel Merino, the latter ruled out for the rest of the season.

Before this latest issue, Havertz had looked sharp, scoring two goals and supplying two assists in six appearances in all competitions.
