Celtic enjoyed an impressive and well-deserved 4-1 victory over Ross County in Dingwall on Saturday, a result which put the Hoops 18 points clear at the top of the Premiership table ahead of the other weekend SPFL fixtures.

The goals came from Kyogo, who scored a double, Arne Engels from the penalty spot and a goal from Luke McCowan in added time.

It was Celtic’s Japanese striker who picked up the Man of the Match award for a superb display that included the opener in the game and then a header to restore Celtic’s lead after the home side had equalised from the penalty spot.

And those two goals take his overall tally in the green and white Hoops to a very impressive 85 goals.

His opening goal late in the first half finished off a great move, with Kyogo guiding a superb Alistair Johnston cross into the net.

And in the second-half, he met Arne Engels cross with a powerful header to make it 2-1 before the Hoops scored two more goals late in the match to give the scoreline a fairer reflection of the dominance Brendan Rodgers’ side enjoyed through the 100 minutes the game ended up lasting, given the amount of added time allocated in the second half.

Celtic’s goalscoring hero spoke to Celtic TV after the game, and gave credit to his team-mates for creating the chances for him.
