Kyogo was back to his brilliant best in yesterday’s 4-1 win over Ross County at Dingwall.
The Japanese striker scored two cracking goals in an overall pleasing performance and showed once more that he’s our best striker, and letting him leave, in this window anyway is not a viable option.
Doubts have been raised over Kyogo’s future especially after rumoured interest from MLS side Atlanta United which peculiarly led to them announcing his signing by accident on their website, but Kyogo is still very much a Celtic player, and we should be looking to keep it that way.
We may have one hand on the league title, but we still have a shot of reaching the last 16 of the champions league via the play offs, and the Scottish cup is still to be won to complete yet another treble. To do all that we will need all our best players available.
Kyogo is one of our best players, that can’t be argued, and his presence will only make us stronger as we bid to make it a memorable campaign.
