Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has late this week revealed his take on the favourites for this season’s Champions League.

Barcelona, of course, enjoyed a fine campaign on the continent last time out.

After battling their way all the way to the competition’s final-4, the Blaugrana came within a whisker of clinching a finale berth.

After a last-gasp Inter Milan goal sent the semi-final tie to extra-time, though, it was the Nerazzurri who held their nerve to march on.

With a further year of experience under their belts, Hansi Flick’s squad are considered among the leading contenders for Champions League glory this time round, too.

Speaking during an interview with Mundo Deportivo this week, the subject of Barca’s main rivals for the title of European champions was in turn put to attacking sensation Lamine Yamal.

And the 18-year-old went on to name five clubs, as follows:

”Manchester City or Liverpool, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain… they’re always there.”
