Barcelona lead 2-0 at half-time against Villarreal on matchday 26 in La Liga, thanks to a Lamine Yamal brace.
L'Équipe notes that Barcelona had been frustrated in their play, and turned to the 18-year-old Spain international to unlock the game.

Yamal opened the scoring on 28 minutes.
He doubled the lead on 37 minutes with a solo effort, beating Sergi Cardona and Alberto Moleiro down the right before cutting inside. The winger then bent a left-footed shot into the far top corner past Luiz Junior.
His two goals have put Barcelona in control at the break.
