Le Havre are aiming to extend their impressive home run and move further clear of the relegation scrap, while PSG look to protect a narrow lead over Lens in an increasingly tense title race.
Le Havre come into this one with a largely settled side but a few absences for Didier Digard to juggle.
Captain Arouna Sangante remains suspended, depriving Le Havre of their defensive leader at the heart of the back line.
Midfielder Abdoulaye Toure is still sidelined with a knee problem that has kept him out in recent weeks, while Loic Nego has been ruled out after picking up a minor calf issue in training this week.
Etienne Youte Kinkoue (head) and Ayumu Seko (rib) have both been managing recent issues, with earlier reports suggesting doubts over their involvement, though Digard has indicated that aside from Touré and Nego his squad is close to full strength.
PSG travel to Normandy without several important midfield and attacking options as injuries continue to bite in a congested season.
Ousmane Dembele remains sidelined by a calf problem and has been training individually, ruling him out of the trip and leaving his involvement in next month’s Champions League tie with Chelsea uncertain.
Midfielders Fabian Ruiz and Joao Neves are also absent, along with young prospects Senny Mayulu and Quentin Ndjantou, thinning Luis Enrique’s options.
Despite the setbacks, PSG’s coach has embraced the pressure of a tight title race, recently stressing that “Lens are having an incredible season” but that his team “like this pressure” and still see themselves as the best side in Ligue 1.
Le Havre sit 13th in Ligue 1 on 26 points from 23 games, nine points clear of the relegation play-off place and in a far more comfortable position than many expected at the start of the season.
Digard’s side have been far stronger at home than away, winning their last two Ligue 1 fixtures at the Stade Océane and taking points in five consecutive top-flight matches on their own patch.
Recent results underline their streaky form: Le Havre lost 2-0 at Nantes last time out but had previously beaten both Strasbourg and Toulouse 2-1, while also drawing with Monaco and narrowly losing to Lens.
PSG arrive in Normandy as league leaders with a record of 17 wins, 3 draws and 3 defeats, their 54 points putting them narrowly ahead of Lens in a genuine two-horse title race.
Their last five games in all competitions include a 3-0 home win over Metz, a thrilling 3-2 and 2-2 two-legged Champions League tie against Monaco, a 3-1 defeat away to Rennes and a statement 5-0 victory over Marseille.
Le Havre: Diaw; Pembele, Doucoure, Lloris; Gourna-Douath; Nego, Kechta, Ndiaye, Zouaoui; Soumare, Boufal
PSG: Safonov; Hakimi, Zabarnyi, Beraldo, Hernandez; Kang-in, Zaire-Emery, Vitinha; Doue, Ramos, Barcola
