Leeds United will be without in-form Noah Okafor for Monday’s trip to Tottenham Hotspur and the following match after a calf setback. Assistant coach Edmund Riemer, deputising for the unwell Daniel Farke, said Okafor would miss two games and that they were hopeful he could return for the final day.

Okafor has scored six in his past seven Premier League appearances, including two during April’s win at Manchester United. The 25-year-old has had several muscle issues this season, missing five games between February and March with a hamstring problem. The latest setback is in his right calf, the other leg to the one that flared after the FA Cup semi-final defeat to Chelsea, with the left calf also pulled against Burnley.

The timeline means he has played his final match at Elland Road this season, with United to end their home campaign against Brighton a week on Sunday. He could be back when Leeds visit West Ham United on the final day.

Gabriel Gudmundsson will also miss Monday as he continues to nurse the hamstring injury from the FA Cup semi-final. He was expected to sit out two matches, the 3-1 victory over Burnley being the first, and is due back for Brighton. Ilia Gruev is out for the season with a knee injury.

Pascal Struijk is a minor doubt for Spurs after missing training with a hip problem, although he is expected to be ready. Farke is due to return for the game.
