Lens midfielder David Pereira Da Costa set for €7m move to Portland Timbers | OneFootball

According to a report from RMC Sport Lens offensive midfielder is set for a move to MLS side Portland Timbers for a transfer fee estimated at around €7m.  The Portuguese playmaker is reportedly currently waiting for his visa arrangements to be completed before travelling to the United States. This was after the two clubs recently reached a full agreement over the transfer. Lens have not completed their transfer window yet, with Przemyslaw Frankowski also in the offing for a move away from the club to Turkish Süper Lig outfit Galatasaray. The Poland international is expected to leave Lens in the coming hours on a loan move move with an obligation to buy set at €10m.The 24-year-old had spent 9 years at the club, after moving to Lens in his younger years. He worked through the club’s youth academy and earned his first call-up to the senior side in 2021. He has since made 122 appearances for the Sang & Or, scoring ten senior goals for the club.
