According to L'Équipe, RC Lens have accepted the LFP’s proposal to bring their Ligue 1 matchday 33 game against Nantes forward to Friday 8 May.

The LFP board on 26 March postponed Lens-PSG, initially set for 11 April, despite RC Lens’ opposition. As compensation, the league offered to move Lens-Nantes from Saturday 9 to Friday 8 May at 20:45, outside the multiplex planned for the final two matchdays, if Lens-PSG were rebooked for 13 May.

With 13 May later confirmed after PSG reached the Champions League semi-finals, the change was activated. Lens-Nantes will be played at Stade Bollaert on Friday 8 May.

Strasbourg’s qualification for the Europa Conference League semi-finals has also reshaped the calendar. The matchday 33 multiplex, now featuring eight matches, shifts from Saturday to Sunday 10 May.

The UNFP awards ceremony, originally scheduled for Sunday 10 May, will now take place on Monday 11 May.
