As reported by AS, Levante were overwhelmed by Real Sociedad’s pressure despite Ryan’s early heroics.
Oyarzabal forced an early save and struck the woodwork, while Toljan made a goal-line clearance. Levante held out until Jon Martín beat Ryan at a corner. After the interval, Ryan denied Guedes and Brais closed the scoring.
Dela stayed committed but was overrun. Matías (46') headed tamely, was booked, and was withdrawn at half-time to avoid expulsion. Manu was cautioned in a tussle with Barrene and the second goal came from his flank.
Oriol Rey (60') anchored midfield before Castro turned to the more combinative Raghouber. Olasa enjoyed a homecoming and tried from the edge. Losada (46') started at No 10 ahead of Iván Romero and the newly recovered Carlos Álvarez, then gave way to Pablo Martínez.
Víctor (82') was inches from a leveller, struggled early, improved, then made way for Tay late on. Tunde (60') pressed hard, saw Remiro save his shot, and sparked an even clearer rebound chance. Espí, LaLiga’s March player of the month, was booked for felling Aramburu, and Levante appealed for a penalty after a tangle with Sergio Gómez.
Pablo Martínez (46') tried to score direct from a corner, sending it towards the top corner, and steadied midfield. Matturro (46') headed a Víctor García cross, and the delivery for the second goal went through his legs. Raghouber (60') recovered balls, Iván Romero (60') added runs in behind.
