Levante star Carlos Espí is on the verge of departing his home country to try out a new challenge in the Premier League. This comes amid the understanding that an unnamed English club have all but tied up a deal for the young frontman.

Striker Espí for his part emerged as one of the breakthrough talents in all of Spanish football across the 2025/26 campaign.

On the books of relegation-battling Levante, the 21-year-old racked up a head-turning 13 goals in 27 appearances between La Liga and the Copa del Rey.

Such impressive numbers at such a young age had long piqued the attentions of a whole host of clubs across Spain and beyond with a view to next season.

And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the media this weekend is anything to go by, then one such suitor now appear all set to land Espí.
